In Bihar's Saran district, a 26-year-old woman, reportedly a medical practitioner, cut off her 30-year-old boyfriend's genitals and flushed them down the toilet after he repeatedly refused to marry her. The couple had been in a relationship for five years. The woman, now arrested, claims the man exploited her under the pretext of marriage.
