Chief Minister Mohan Majhi instructs officials to use Odia language for all files and emphasizes the promotion of Odia culture. He plans to enforce the Odisha Official Language Act, establish a translation academy, and create 'Asmita Bhawan' for Odia language. Additionally, a language commission and expansion of Odia Bhasa Pratisthan are in the works.
