Player Chants
An idea that’s been floating in the back of my mind is to create individual player chants set to popular songs. I’d really enjoy the fans belting out creative chants for each of the players as the opportunity arises. Here are some I’ve come up with (I’d like to see it done with all, so please add more):
Andres Gimenez - sung to Guantanamera
David Fry - sung to Take on Me (a-ha)
Daniel Schneeman - sung to Rock the Casbah ("He really hits the ball hard! Dan-iel Schnee-man")
Bo Naylor - sung to rhythm of Mission: Impossible Theme ("Bo! Bo! Bo! Bo Naylor!")
Jose Ramirez - he already has his chant
Steven Kwan - sung to Give It Up (KC & The Sunshine Band)
Hopefully, folks can add to this list or improve on the ideas. If I could hear something new (besides the Jose chant), I’d be a happy fan.
