‘What did she expect?’ fume Love Island fans as Jess sulks over frosty reception from girls after Casa Amor

LOVE Island fans have turned against Casa Amor girl Jessica Spencer following her complaints about the frosty reception from the girls in the villa.

It comes after a savage recoupling which saw Ayo Odukoya pick Jess, leaving Mimii Ngulube single and heartbroken.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Jess babes Mimii isn’t gonna wanna be friends with you if you rub ur relationship with Ayo in front of her face.”

A second echoed: “Jess, girl please stop victimizing yourself! You worried about the girls not being your friends. Like please just be there for Ayo! The person you wanted! This isn’t friendship island.”

“I swear Ayo & Jess are attention seekers because all that in front of Mimi is unnecessary then they wonder why they’ve been getting a cold shoulder,” said a third.

A fourth penned: “This new girl Jess with Ayo didn’t think this all the way through did she?”

On Thursday’s episode of the ITV show, the annual Casa Amor recoupling returned.

Viewers got to see whether the boys would stick with their previous partners, or recouple with one of the glamorous new bombshells.

Ayo and Mimii entered “the ultimate test” as one of the most solid couples of the series.

However, Ayo’s head quickly turned as he got to know Jess and decided to recouple with her when the time came to make his pick.

The pair had grown extremely close over the few days they’d had together.

Mimii, on the other hand, chose to stay loyal to Ayo – only to find herself single in the villa.

While the recoupling left Jess in floods of tears, viewers were left fuming as they declared that Mimii deserved “so much better.”
