Mizoram's Chief Minister Lalduhoma urged the Centre to consider Mizoram's position on sheltering Zo refugees from Bangladesh. He informed Prime Minister Modi that his government cannot push back the nearly 2,000 refugees from the Chittagong Hill Tracts who have sought refuge since 2022 due to ethnic ties and ongoing conflicts in their homeland.
