Former chief minister Champai Soren was sworn in as a minister in the Hemant Soren government in Jharkhand, along with ten others. Champai resigned as CM on July 3, a day before Hemant Soren took office. Jharkhand Governor C P Radhakrishnan administered the oath at a ceremony at Raj Bhavan.
