CM Punk opened Monday Night Raw following WWE Money in the Bank and revealed he was fined $25,000 for costing Drew McIntyre the World Heavyweight Title. Punk then asked for The Scottish Warrior’s suspension to be lifted so they could get back into the ring together one-on-one.
