Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for "defaming" India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. He said that Nehru played a critical role in the establishment of the Republic of Austria, where PM Modis is currently on a state visit.
