Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk festival kicks off on 9 July

The first  events of the international arts festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk got underway on 9 July. The directorate of the festival told BelTA what events and projects are in the offer for participants and spectators of the large-scale cultural forum.
