Florida man dropped 4-year-old head first off second-story balcony after drinking with boy’s mom: cops

Brandon Gilmore told the toddler's mom he would take him out on the balcony 'and scare him a little bit' -- before the boy fell two stories head first onto the concrete below, police in Florida said.
