Herald readers demand local coverage, ample staffing

I am dismayed that the number of newsroom staff in The Daily Herald was cut by one-half. These drastic cuts will hurt readers and residents in Snohomish County, the third largest county in Washington state. I have subscribed to The Daily Herald for the past 40 years and am a former Herald editorial writer.
