News24 | Thursday's weather: Fine for most of SA, but rain, wind, cold temperatures for Western Cape

The South African Weather Service has forecast mostly fine to cool conditions for the majority of the country, but it will still be rainy, windy and freezing in the Western Cape as the cold front continues in the province.
