John Mulaney and Olivia Munn Got Married
John Mulaney and Olivia Munn have tied the knot after three years together. According to People, the couple got married this past weekend at a friend’s house somewhere in New York State. A source revealed to the tabloid that the only attendees were a witness and the couple’s 2-year-old son, Malcolm.
Back in May 2021, the Cut declared Mulaney and Munn to be the most unexpected celebrity couple of the year. Mulaney had only recently gotten out of rehab and divorced his then-wife, Anna Marie Tendler. The timeline was, at best, murky. Then, in September, Mulaney announced that the couple was expecting their first child. At the time, Mulaney said that Munn had “held [his] hand through hell.”
More recently, Munn has been public about her own health struggles. In March, she revealed that she had been battling breast cancer, having undergone four different surgeries to combat the illness. In May, she announced that she had a fifth surgery to fight the cancer: a full hysterectomy. The actress said she hoped this would be her “final surgery in [her] battle against breast cancer.”
It’s nice to hear some purely good news about the couple. Congratulations to them; may they enjoy many happy years of posting each other on Instagram!
