CPSO searching for driver of truck involved in Lake Charles hit-and-run

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KLFY)-- The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for the driver of a truck involved in a hit-and-run that happened on June 8 on Pujol Road, near I-10, in Lake Charles.
Authorities said the operator of the truck was driving northbound on Pujol Road when it hit a small SUV from the rear. The driver of the truck did not stop and left the scene.
CPSO said the suspected truck will have major front end damage. Authorities failed to locate the suspect due to switched tags.
