Rajrishi Bidawat, driver of Mihir Shah, was sent to 14-day judicial custody by a Mumbai court in the BMW hit and run case. Shah allegedly switched seats with the driver after the crash that killed a woman and injured her husband. Bidawat was earlier sent to police custody. Shah was arrested in Virar three days after the incident and admitted to have driven under the influence of alcohol.
