U.S., Canada and Finland announce joint Icebreaker Collaboration Effort

The United States, Canada and Finland said Thursday they will create the Icebreaker Collaboration Effort to produce polar icebreakers in a trilateral pact to strengthen shipbuilding and industrial capacity.
