Joe Jonas breaks silence on shock Sophie Turner split and will tell-all on brand new solo album
JOE Jonas is relaunching his solo career 13 years after his last album – and has poured the emotional turmoil from his split from Sophie Turner into the music.
The Jonas Brothers star filed for divorce from the British actress last September after four years of marriage and will show his vulnerable side on a whole set of songs written about the experience.

Speaking about the project, Joe said: “It’s like sharing your journal to the world.
“This music is all over the place.
“There’s some real beautiful ballads, there’s some songs about being a dad, there’s songs about love, there’s songs about being better to yourself – kind of everything.”
On the subject of the first single, titled Work It Out and due for release next Friday, he said: “We wrote it really quickly.
“The idea is that sometimes you realise that you just have to shake yourself out of something and you’re the only person that’s going to fix it for yourself – no-one’s going to come save you.
“It’s an emotional lyric with fun music.”
Joe, who promised the album will be out “later this year”, told the Therapuss podcast: “I needed to go and express some stuff, just for myself.
“I had a window of time and I locked myself away with a bunch of incredible singer-songwriters.
“We made an album in like two weeks.
“I’m really, really excited.
“It’s the most personal music I’ve ever put out.”
