“Today, on 10 July, we are marking the 30th anniversary of the institution of presidency: in 1994, Aleksandr Grigorievich Lukashenko confidently won the presidential run-off election polling more than 80% of the votes and became the first president of the Republic of Belarus," Igor Lutsky said.
