‘Huge mistake’ rage Emmerdale fans as Moira Dingle slips up in tense ITV scenes
EMMERDALE viewers slammed the soap after a ‘mistake’ involving Moira Dingle was broadcast.
Scenes in Thursday’s (July 11) episode saw Moira (Natalie J. Robb) and brother Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) take Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) back to Butler’s Farm.

This week, Matty’s stint in prison has gone from bad to worse, as the show regular ended up in hospital.
Having sat Samson down, Moira told him: “Do you have any idea how tough this is for Matty. How dangerous it is?
“They fractured his eye socket. It doesn’t bother you? Even though it was all down to your lies.”
After Samson said that he hadn’t hit Matty, Moira said it “might as well have been.”
The two put pressure on Samson by telling him the hell Matty has been through, trying to get him to help.
Ultimately, Samson confessed as to what really happened – his friend Josh (Osian Morgan) was really the one to blame.
Although fans were delighted that Samson finally came clean, others pointed out that Moira had missed an opportunity.
Taking to X, one viewer said: “Huge mistake Moira not recording Samson then”.
Another echoed: “Moira had every opportunity to record Samson’s confession and didn’t do it. UGHHHH.”
Meanwhile, a third remarked: “Mack and Moira should record what Samson says to prove he’s a liar.”
Another added: “You’re wasting your breath on Samson, Moira.”
While in prison, Matty has been trying to hide that he is transgender.
However, the character found himself in a trapped in a cell with vicious thug Robbo, after his trans identity was outed.
