Town Hall meeting planned to discuss conditions at Himbola Manor
LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – A town hall meeting is scheduled to discuss issues with a Lafayette apartment complex.
District 1 Lafayette City Councilman Elroy Broussard will be hosting a neighborhood town hall meeting to discuss the continuing nuisances and adverse living conditions at Himbola Manor Apartments.
Officials from departments of Lafayette Consolidated Government will get together to talk about efforts for improving the environmental and development code violations and gather feedback on how law enforcement can help to create a better quality of life for the residents.
The meeting is happening on July 18 at 6 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Martin Luther King Recreation Center at 309 Cora Street in Lafayette. Councilman Broussard strongly encourages citizen participation, so this meeting is open to the public.
