The Secret Service is facing growing questions about how an attempted assassination on former President Trump occurred at the Pennsylvania rally it was tasked with keeping secure. A gunman fired shots from a roof just outside the rally’s security perimeter in an incident officials said should have never happened. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian reports.
