South African regional and domestic airline Airlink announced on Monday that it would increase the frequency of its flights between South Africa’s main Indian Ocean coast city, Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal province, and the Zimbabwean capital city of Harare, to once every day. The new flights will start on August 7. Previously, the carrier operated the Durban-Harare sector six days a week. That day that had no flight was Wednesday. That gap will now be filled.
