Robert man charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile

CALCASIEU PARISH, La. (KLFY)-- A Robert man was arrested after the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint in reference to indecent behavior with a juvenile on May 31.
Authorities were informed that 38-year-old Leeroy S. Hymel III was exchanging sexually explicit images and messages with a girl under the age of 15. A warrant was issued July 12 for Hymel's arrest.
With the help of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, Hymel was discovered in Robert on July 15.
Hymel confirmed the accusations against him, and was arrested; he is being charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile, with a bond set at $250,000.
