Vikram Misri, India's Foreign Secretary, will visit Bhutan from July 19-20, meeting Prime Minister Tobgay, Foreign Minister Dhungyel, and Foreign Secretary Pema Choden. Highlighting 'Neighbourhood First' policy, he will also meet His Majesty The King, co-chair development cooperation talks, and discuss external trade with Bhutan's Royal Government.
