‘If you scream, I’ll kill you’: Alleged Perth rapist linked to horrific attacks by DNA

A 54-year-old man has been arrested and charged after police connected him to the rape and assault of a 17-year-old girl in Kalgoorlie in 1991 and a 19-year-old woman in Perth’s CBD in 1990.
