How Sasha Attwood went from getting 200 death threats a DAY from trolls to beloved A-list model despite Jack’s Euros axe
SHE was receiving “200 death threats a day” after being thrust into the glaring spotlight as Jack Grealish’s girlfriend.
But three years into a relationship which could have been rocked by cheating rumours and revelations, life couldn’t be rosier for influencer Sasha Attwood.
And her resilience and refusal to shy away from the limelight when life gets tough – and welcoming a new baby with Jack – will only further cement her success, says PR expert, Ed Hopkins.

Sasha, 28, who is signed to the same modelling agency as Kendall Jenner, took to social media on July 7 to make her baby announcement.
It was just weeks after it was revealed that Jack, also 28, didn’t make the final 26-man squad for Euro 2024.
But the Man City midfielder not making the cut for Southgate’s final squad posed no threat to Sasha’s career, according to Ed.
He says: “Sasha has maintained her career momentum.
“She has established herself as a powerful personal brand, independent of Jack’s football achievements.”
It makes sense, considering Sasha has bounced back from way more personal turmoil than her man not making the national squad.
Back in 2021, she was the subject of relentless online abuse for months on end.
She revealed how it was from “young girls” who sent chilling messages including: “I hope you get cancer”, “I hope your whole family dies” and “I hope you crash your car and die”.
It was all down to her being thrust into the limelight during the Euros 2020 tournament while she was cheering on Jack and his Three Lions teammates.
And undoubtedly the toughest situation Sasha faced was when the couple’s relationship was marred by cheating allegations, namely due to the winger partying with other women.

The pair met as teens in Solihull, West Midlands at secondary school, with Sasha previously saying they have been together since she was 15.
Jack was already on his way to becoming a professional footballer when he met Sasha.
Despite the long-term nature of their relationship, she remained on the sidelines when his career took off.
However, intense interest in Jack’s private life came to a head in 2021 when England reached the final of Euro 2020, delayed a year because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Because of their romance, Sasha was cruelly targeted by trolls on TikTok and Instagram, receiving 200 death threats a day from “young girls”.
The pair were spotted on holiday together following the tournament and slowly began showing more of their relationship on social media when the vile trolling died down.
In 2022, they celebrated their 10-year anniversary and purchased a seven-bed mansion set in 24 acres worth £5.6 million.
They moved in to the home in late 2023, but Sasha and members of Jack’s family were subject to a terrifying robbery while cheering on the Manchester City star during a televised match just after Christmas.
Their latest milestone is Sasha’s pregnancy, which they announced on social media on July 7.
But she has managed to weather the storms.
She now has 300,000 followers on Instagram and has over 2.8 MILLION likes across her TikTok videos.
Phoenix rising from the ashes
Before her relationship was making headlines, Sasha was glamming faces in Solihull and hosting masterclasses and demonstration events at Selfridges in Birmingham.
Within the space of a few years, she went from being a small-time make-up artist to a global influencer with over 300,000 fans and brand deals with L’Oréal, Armani Beauty and YSL Beauty.
Sasha was scouted on the street as a model aged 13 – but things got serious after the cruel spate of trolling in summer of 2021.
Despite months of criticism, she landed a deal with top agency Elite Models in November that year – the same one that represents supermodel Kendall Jenner.
Her partnerships include Alo (a brand also represented by Kylie Jenner), Sephora, CeraVe, L’Oréal and Boots.

On July 7, Sasha and Jack took to social media to share their baby news with the world.
Sasha shared a picture of her baby bump and the caption: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
The childhood sweethearts first started dating when they were teenagers at school together in Solihull.
Ed predicts that, now they’re starting a family, they might follow in the footsteps of Posh and Becks.
“There’s much excitement about the future for their child,” he tells Fabulous.
“Drawing comparisons to the Beckham family, Sasha and Jack’s baby is expected to have a high-profile life but remain grounded.

Cheating Rumours
Jack was also accused of having secret dates with telly star Emily Atack and Love Island winner Amber Gill.
Sasha was said to be “devastated” after hearing about his alleged infidelity.
Jack dismissed rumours on his Instagram story at the time, urging fans: “Please don’t believe everything you read.”
A pal told The Sun on Sunday in November 2022: “Sasha still trusts Jack and they are determined to work through the recent revelations about his links with Amber and Emily.
“They’ve had some heart to hearts but have decided to turn over a fresh leaf together because they love each other and want to work on their relationship.”
Now with parenthood pending, we know the couple will be excited to start their new chapter together.
