Plastic surgeon reveals 5 stars whose breast implants are too big for their bodies – a Kardashian has some ‘rippling’
THE bigger, the better used to be all the rage in Hollywood, with stars going under the knife more than once to boost their busts.
According to a plastic surgeon, some celebrities have chosen the wrong size breast implant and risk “pendulously drooping” or “envelope damage” on the outside.
Some stars have been getting their breast implants reduced or removing them altogether lately.
Victoria Beckham, Heidi Montag, and Pamela Anderson have added themselves to a growing list.
Dr. Nilesh Sojitra, a consultant plastic surgeon at GC Aesthetics, cited problems for patients whose breast implants are too large.
He warned of issues, especially for “small-chested” stars.
“Bigger is not always better,” he told The U.S. Sun.
“The larger the implant, the greater the complication risk and impact on surrounding breast tissues.
“While many small-chested stars want to boost their cup size, it is possible to go too big with implants.
“A chest that is too large will not only look unnatural on a smaller person.
“They can cause shoulder, neck, and back pain and droop pendulously over time.”
Sojitra picked out a handful of talent who, one day, may need to return for more cosmetic surgery.
Rippling, drooping, sagging, and pain might need to be addressed.
KYLIE DROOPS
Kylie Jenner, 26, confessed to getting a boob job when she was 19 — and regretting it.
“I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done to begin with,” she said on KUWTK.
“Kylie’s breast implants are approximately 350cc with a 30DD cup, and she’s spent around $7,000-$8,500,” said Sojitra.
“She should consider whether she is planning another pregnancy as this will affect the eventual breast shape.

“Kylie lost weight after having her daughter, which impacted how her implants look in her small frame.
“If you naturally store a lot of fatty tissue in your breasts or lose significant weight, this may cause drooping implants.”
CARDI STRETCHES
Cardi B, 31, has admitted to several breast augmentations, with one after she had her daughter, Kulture, in 2019.
“When I was 18 and became a dancer, I had enough money to afford to buy boobs, so every insecurity that I felt about my breasts was gone,” she told Mariah Carey in 2021.
“Cardi B’s implants are around 380-420cc, and she is a 32EE cup,” said Sojitra.
“Cardi ended up with an unnatural look, but her implants can cause tissue stretching.
“This can cause stretching and thinning out of the skin as well.
“Cardi may also end up with back pain.”
MEGAN MULTIPLIES
Megan Fox, 38, admitted to her first breast surgery when she was in her twenties after she kicked off her movie role in Transformers.
“I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids,” she told Allure after welcoming her third son.
“Megan has gone for 280cc implants at a 32D, spending around $8,500-10,000 for multiple surgeries,” said Sojitra.
“While Megan’s implant size is not overly large, they look too large on her petite frame.
“If you have a smaller figure, like Megan, it can be more difficult to cover up the scarring to make them less visible.
“This should be considered for the long term and the importance of appropriate aftercare.”
KIM FOLDS OVER
Kim Kardashian, 43, has not confirmed getting breast implant surgery.
The Hulu star has only admitted to having things like Botox and vampire facials.
“Kim’s implants are around 350cc at a 34DD/E cup,” said Sojitra.
“This size can cause excess weight on the breast tissue and thinning out of the breast and skin envelope.
“Kim’s implants seem to be rippling; this is one of the potential complications of having too-large implants.

DOLLY’S DISCOMFORT
Dolly Parton, 78, admitted to getting breast implants after losing weight.
“I’m not made out of plastic — though I had my boobs lifted when they started dragging on the floor,” she told the Daily Mirror in 2002.
Dolly could have a strain on the breast tissue and issues such as sagging, discomfort, and back pain.

“At that stage, for them to stand up like little soldiers, you put something in there to help them,” Dolly added.
“There is no doubt Dolly’s implants are large at over 800cc in volume and have a 34H cup,” said Sojitra.
“This significant implant volume comes with risks.
“Dolly could have a strain on the breast tissue and issues such as sagging, discomfort, and back pain.
“Dolly has had multiple implant surgeries, and so risks with the larger breasts.”
“For women who feel dissatisfied with their natural breast size, the option to go large can offer a significant boost in confidence,” Sojitra added.
“My advice is to choose size wisely and consult with your surgeon if you want to go bigger.
“My advice would be to choose implants appropriately for your body frame.
“Please be wary of the surgeon who pushes you to go larger than you are happy with.
“Petite patients with overly large breast implants can suffer from chronic back pain over time.
“Larger breast implants being inserted will also require larger incisions, which can be more difficult to heal.”
