Buying the title?

I see the 21's won at Hereford and by all accounts of people there played well. Dixon scored again. It got me thinking. it looks like we can spend what we like and can buy league one promotion. Chris Davies has signed some belters on paper and he says he wants a lot more to come in. it's great to see that we can be competitive in the transfer market again but it is also concerning a bit. where does this leave the 21's and the good prospects we have?
When he came in Tom Wagner said he wanted our academy to be category 1 and they want to bring through local players to make us proud. it seems like the opposite to me. money talks.
Romelle was dropped to the bench at Shrewsbury. it looks like JJ is going to be sold. Hall, Home, Fogarty and Khela are not going to get many minutes the more players come in and surely they can hold their own? Mayo was brilliant for the 21's and we signed two senior goalies. I like the look of Pendleton but I guess we are going to buy a back up to Laird. Where are the rest of them that got the two finals and won trophies last season?
Dixon hasn't had a sniff. Mazwi looked a player for the youths and hasn't appeared since Austria. Tattum is a natural goalscorer and not been seen. Eubank and Ellis impressed me for the youths. We have got a lot of good youngsters who seem to surplus to requirement judging by Davies comments after Shrewsbury.
a few of them might benefit from loan though the way those lads performed in the semis and finals was outstanding and put the effort of some of the team that got us relegated to shame. Maybe a lot of fans don't care but I'd really love to see a few 'of our own' as part of the Project especially as we don't have to sell like we did Butland, Gray and Redders
