Troubled NYC man charged with first-degree murder in grisly slaying of four relatives, including two young kids

A 24-year-old Brooklyn man was hit with four counts of first- and second-degree murder Sunday in the gruesome slashing deaths of four relatives, including his young niece and nephew, police said.
