SHE’S going on holiday with friends.
But one thing you won’t see Suzy do is wear a bikini when she’s on her break.
In a video on her TiKTok page, the content creator known online as ‘Cuzin Suzy’, explained that her decision to wear shorts on her bottom half instead of bikini pants is down to “respect” and her gypsy methodologies.
Insisting she wouldn’t be “bothered about wearing a bikini” if she was away with her family, Suzy said it’s different when she’s away with friends.
The sarongs she wears over the bottoms are “very, very sheer”, meaning that you can “see everything down there”.
“Obviously, a bikini’s a bikini, people wear bikinis all the time,” she said.
“But for us, it’s more of a respect thing for other people’s husbands and other people’s wives.
“Some of us will just wear bikinis, but I’m more comfortable with not everything on show down there.”
Another reason Suzy likes to wear shorts instead of traditional bikini bottoms is because they don’t “go south” when she gets out of the pool.
“It’s just a comfort thing,” she continued.
“Comfortable, you know, looks nice.
“Respect our friends’ husbands, s**t like that.”
And while she said that she’s well aware people will think she’s “nuts” for her swimwear decision, she’s planning to be as “reserved” as the ladies she’s going away with.
“I don’t mean to say we’re covered head to toe and all that,” she concluded.
“But it’s just nice not to have your whole bikini bottom right up your a*s, I suppose.”

“Swim shorts are honestly the best,” another added.
“They can also look really cute. Great options out there.”
“100% agree,” a third wrote.
“It’s different if just you and hubby but going with others you’re right, and it’s respect for yourself too!”
Facts on gypsy and traveller communities
Typically, gypsies is a term used to describe Romani people who migrated to Europe from India while traveller refers to a person with either Irish, Scottish or English heritage.
Around 300,000 Gypsy, Roma and Irish travellers are thought to live in the UK.
All three groups come from nomadic ways of life, however, as it is increasingly difficult to find land to live on, many are moving into permanent housing.
They place high value on family life and often live close together even after reaching adult years and getting married.
Often the men are the breadwinners of the family while the women stay home.
While many English gypsy girls are allowed to drink alcohol and go on holiday with their friends before they get married, their Irish counterparts are not.

In another video Suzy showed off the different colour and patterns of swim shorts that she’d picked up for the holiday from Shein, including a hot pink pair and a leopard-print one.
