Police: Schuylerville woman arrested for burglary
SARATOGA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a Schuylerville woman for burglary on Sunday. Sheriff's said Rhiley Soto-Gutierrez, 19, broke into and stole from the Farmer's Daughters' Drive-In around 9:49 a.m.

- Third-degree burglary
- Fourth-degree criminal mischief
- Petit larceny
The sheriff's office said Soto-Gutierrez is accused of unlawfully entering and staying at the drive-in with the intent of committing a crime. The sheriff's office also said she stole money, merchandise, and business equipment. Soto-Gutierrez was arraigned in Saratoga Town Court and released pending further action.
