Slash Mourns 'Devastating' Death of 25-Year-Old Stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight
Slash is mourning the death of his stepdaughter.
On Sunday (July 21), the 58-year-old Guns N’ Roses guitarist took to Instagram to honor his stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight, who died “peacefully” at the age of 25 on Friday, July 19.
If you didn’t know, Slash first started dating Lucy-Bleu‘s mom Meegan Hodges in 1989, but their relationship fizzled out and they rekindled their romance more than two decades later in 2015.
Keep reading to find out more…“Lucy-Bleu Knight (December 6, 1998), beloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson, passed away peacefully in Los Angeles, CA on July, 19, 2024,” Slash wrote.
“Lucy-Bleu was an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul,” Slash continued. “The family asks for privacy at this time and requests that social media speculation be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss.”
Slash did not share specifics surrounding Lucy-Bleu‘s case of death.
