Were the players that bad? (60 replies)

I read numerous threads on here bemoaning the players last season, they're bottle jobs, spineless, useless, etc.

As of today, a few observations on some of last season's squad:

- Bacuna: big money move abroad.

- Pritchard: as above.

- Stansfield: people saying they'd give an organ to sign him, multi page thread of positive comments.

- Bielik: best centre half ever in League One, can't believe he's staying.

- Ruddy: snaffled by a top end Premier League club.

- Paik: the team will fall apart if he leaves, best midfielder we've had since Barry Ferguson

I could go on.

The players were never the problem.
