Government and states will develop 'Cities as Growth Hubs' through transit and economic planning, including peri-urban areas. Anusandhan National Research Fund will facilitate private research and prototype development commercially with a `1 lakh crore pool. A `1k crore venture fund aims to grow the space economy, using Digital India data for governance and statistics processing.
