Chargeurs acquires Swiss textile finishing specialist Cilander

Chargeurs, the French textile group, has completed the acquisition of Cilander, a Swiss specialist in high-tech textile finishing. The deal includes the brands Alumo, Brennet, Swiss Ghutra, and Eugster & Huber.
