College financial aid support sessions with the New York Public Library
NEW YORK (PIX11) -- The New York Public Library is helping college students navigate the world of financial aid.
The library is teaming up with the City University of New York's Financial Aid Support Team to offer information sessions throughout July and August. College students and families can get one-on-one guidance with navigating applications for FAFSA, TAP, and the DREAM Act, as well as advice on how to apply for grants, scholarships, work-study, and loans.
Drop-ins are welcome, and help is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications for FAFSA, TAP, and the DREAM Act have already opened for the 2024-2025 academic year and will close on June 30, 2025.
