Mets Minors Recap: Brett Baty Homers Twice
The Brooklyn Cyclones were the only full-season affiliate to win on the day, but more importantly, Drew Gilbert returned to Triple-A, and Brett Baty continued to annihilate baseballs, homering twice in the Syracuse extra-inning loss.

The Syracuse Mets offense was almost exclusively fueled by a huge day by Brett Baty, hitting his 10th and 11th home runs of the season. Gilbert made his first appearance for Syracuse since April 6.
New Mets signing Logan Porter went 1-for-4 on the day with a solo home run.

Blade Tidwell had one of his more impressive outings strikeout-wise in Triple-A, but was still charged with three earned runs. Wilkin Ramos would get charged with the loss, allowing the deciding run in the tenth inning.

Luis Moreno was annihilated in his outing, allowing eight hits and two home runs. Trey McLoughlin had another good outing, striking out two over two innings, allowing no hits.
