Maniac hacks off own mother’s arm with chainsaw, hurts two cops in La. rampage: police

Neighbors said John Pittman has a history of mental illness -- as cops in New Orleans now say he went off with a chainsaw on Monday, tried to cut off his mother's arm and injured two police officers.
