The Delhi High Court dismissed petitions by two accused in a money laundering case tied to ex-CBI director AP Singh and meat exporter Moin Qureshi. The court held that the ED's actions under the PMLA were justified and the accused were rightly summoned to uncover the money trail. The ruling also dismissed arguments against Section 50 of PMLA.
