Captain survives Nepal plane crash, all others on board killed

KATHMANDU, Nepal - A Saurya Airlines plane with nineteen people on board has crashed shortly after take-off at an airport in the Nepal capital, Kathmandu.

!8 of the nineteen on board were killed. One of the pilots survived but sustained serious, but non-life-threateneing injuries to his eyes.

Basanta Rajauri, a police officer, confirmed that eighteen bodies had been recovered form the crash site.
