Marking 25th year of Kargil War, Army shows, exhibitions draw attention in Shimla

Shimla's Army Training Command (ARTRAC) is marking the 25th anniversary of the Kargil War with the 'Kargil Vijay Diwas Rajat Jayanti Mahotsav.' Inaugurated by Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, the event features an exhibition and various shows, promoting entrepreneurship among Army officers' wives and local women. The celebration educates the public about the Indian Army and inspires youth, including National Cadet Corps (NCC) members. The event honours the 527 soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the 1999 Kargil War.
