Manipur CM N Biren Singh has invited Kuki MLAs to attend the assembly session starting July 31. Singh is also hopeful or a one-on-one meeting with PM Narendra Modi to discuss restoring normalcy amid ethnic violence. He addressed opposition criticism of the budget.
