2 dead, 1 injured in Henryetta stabbing, police say

Henrietta, Okla. (KFOR) - Authorities are investigating after two people were found dead and another in critical condition in Henryetta.

Police officials say, upon arriving to the scene the suspect in question was tased after stabbing himself in the chest. Investigators believe large quantities of drugs found at the scene could be in connection to a possible drug operation.

No names of the victims or the suspect has been released at this time.
