Katie Price confirms she’s flying off to Turkey for new surgery – despite being due in court over double bankruptcy
KATIE Price is heading off to Turkey for her latest surgeries tomorrow.
The star shared her excitement with pal Lou Anderson on Instagram, who is preparing to jet off with her.
Lou, an entrepreneur and influencer, has shared her excitement at getting a tummy tuck, explaining her strict diet ahead of the surgery.
Katie is seemingly going with her, responded to the post, and telling her pal: “Yes girl turkey here we go”
Lou replied: “Come on my girl”.
Her new trip comes despite her being due in court for a £760,000 bankruptcy fight tomorrow.
Instead, she announced on the latest episode of The Katie Price Show podcast she was due to fly off with her son, Harvey, in tow.
She also told Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine show last week that “everything was sorted” when it came to her finances, vowing never to hit “rock bottom” again.
Katie has openly discussed her surgeries in the past, as well as her preference for Turkey to get work done.
She’s also been praised for her blunt discussion on recovery time, which has seen her share pictures from her veneers procedures, and her immediate look post face lift before it settles down.
Speaking in her new tell-all book, This Is Me, Katie asserted she preferred going to Turkey for any plastic surgery, saying the UK was “too expensive and not up to date” and “not liking the amount of aftercare” given by the US.
She explained: “You can’t ever accuse me of not being completely honest about how it can look when you have surgery because I share the hideous photos so that people can see the reality.
“I’m not ashamed. It’s bloody painful afterwards and you do have to wait a while to heal, but, touch wood, I’ve never had a bad experience.”
While she acknowledges hearing “horror stories” about getting work done abroad, she added: “I have been told to try Thailand for my face, so I might go there, but I do like Turkey. I am confident that they won’t f*** up my face otherwise it will make them look bad because they will get a lot of publicity from me so it’s in their interests to do their job well!
“I’ve just had a text from a new surgeon I might see, his secretary has said he hasn’t had any deaths. That’s good to know! Ha.”

Katie also explained that her children have become used to seeing her post-surgery, so the bruising and stitches no longer scare them.
The reality star admitted earlier this month she had plans to get more procedures, acknowledging she may have body dysmorphia after years of nips and tucks.
Speaking to Heat World she said: “I’m not content now, I’m having more surgery next week. My mum says I’ve got body dysmorphia.
“I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good. I never have done.
“So, there’s obviously an underlying issue.”
While we don’t know her current plans, she has said before she plans to get her enhanced boobs reduced, after aiming for the “biggest breasts in Britain” with 2120 CC implants.
“I used to love being smaller, fitter…I’m eating heathy I won’t put anything bad in my body no bad food I won’t even have a glass of prosecco,” she said.
She explained: “I’ve decided I’m going to have my boobs made smaller because they do make me look bigger, and I have messaged the surgeon already, and to be honest I’ve been going to the gym, and yeah I’ve decided.”
