UPDATED: Police deactivate explosive device in Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command’s Anti-Bomb Squad has deactivated an Improvised Explosive Device in the Ikeja area of the state. The state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this to PUNCH Online on Wednesday. He said a vigilant police officer reported that a young man had alighted from a car and dropped a bag
