BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A repeat offender from Buffalo was sentenced to serve 138 months in prison after first being convicted of a child pornography charge 15 years ago, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced Thursday.
Scott Millar, 55, was convicted of possessing child pornography in 2009, officials said. As a result, Millar remained under the supervision of the United States Probation Department in July 2023. A probationary search revealed images and videos of child pornography on Millar's phone during his supervision, according to officials.
Millar was sentenced to 11 1/2 years in prison.
