Novato police arrest suspect in stalking investigation
Police have arrested a Napa man on allegations of stalking a resident in Novato.
The case began in May after a man was seen looking into the victim’s window, police said. Investigators developed evidence that he had committed similar offenses at the property before.
Investigators identified the suspect as Nicolas Reyes Jr., 32, and booked him into the Marin County Jail on Wednesday on suspicion of stalking and prowling. He remained in custody Thursday in lieu of $100,000 bail.
