Primark shoppers scramble to snap up a holiday essential for just £2 – and they come in loads of different colours

We all know how annyoing it is to have to take your towels to the beach or pool, potentially ruining or loosing them.
That’s why shoppers are racing to pick up beach towels from Primark for just £2 each – and there are multiple colours you can pick from too.
One keen bargain hunter took to the popular money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to share her purchase.
In the post, she shared a snap of four beach towels, all reduced to £2 from £4.
The half price towels are available in five different colours: lilac, lime, mint, hot pink, and coral.
Originally priced at £4, the half price towels are sure to sell out quick, so run, don’t walk if you want to snap one up.
The product description on Primark’s website reads: “Nothing is more of a dampener (how ironic) on beach days than forgetting where we last put our beach towel.
“But, thanks to this colourful cotton beach towel, said moments will occur no longer!
“Spacious enough to accommodate a sunbathing you and all your sunny day staples, this cotton beach towel certainly beats all the plain towels everyone else is displaying! Time to look forward to your next beach day.”
Commenting on the Facebook post, other shoppers loved the great deal, and one even raved about the quality of the towels.
“I got these when they were full price for our holiday, they wash really well,” they wrote.
A second said: “I bought the pink one as a cheapy for my hospital bag when having my 7-year-old, best towel ever and still as good as the day I got it.”

Katie explained that she took her daughter Luna, three, litter picking – yes, you heard that correctly.
She said: “Let’s be honest, we are all desperately trying to think of ways to entertain our children right now in the summer holidays which isn’t gonna cost any money and is getting us out of the house.
“So today I decided to take my three-year-old litter picking.”
Katie confirmed that she bought a crab grabber for the activity, as she added: “Now yes, I did pay for the £3 claw grabbers from Primark.
But the bargain buy would also make a great beach toy for little ones.
