Troy Police investigating shots fired near Griswold Heights Apartments

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy Police are investigating a shots fired report near Madison Avenue near Lark Street at the Griswold Heights Apartments. Police say the incident happened around 11:45 Thursday night.
