India ranked fifth in cross-border real estate investments in the Asia-Pacific region during the first half of 2024, attracting 9% of the total volume. The office sector led with 36% of investments, followed by the industrial sector at 30%. Anticipated economic improvements may further boost foreign investments in Indian real estate.
